The Sea you later! achievement in A Plague Tale Legacy has a deliberately simple requirement: say hello to the turtle. It is an interaction objective, not a combat or collectible count.

What to look for

When a turtle appears in an explorable scene, approach slowly and look for the interaction prompt. Use the greeting interaction instead of attacking, throwing an item or simply walking past. The achievement wording does not require a number of turtles or a particular combat outcome.

If the notification does not appear

Check that the prompt was completed rather than only displayed, then reload the scene and try the same interaction once more. Avoid assuming a similar animal or decorative object counts. The public achievement requirement is specific: say hello to the turtle.
